The Sport-Thieme soft Pilates ball is available in three different sizes for different uses. Each diameter is a different colour. Due to its latex-free material even those with allergies can use this ball in training. Using the straw provided, you can regulate the air pressure in the ball. The less air there is, the harder the exercises become.
