The Sport-Thieme plyo box: for intensive jump strength training
The Sport-Thieme plyo box is an effective tool to increase performance. Thanks to their shape and stability, the plyo boxes are ideal for use in plyometric training. They are made from steel and can withstand the toughest demands. Their trapezium shape means that the stools stay firmly in place. Their non-slip surface provides maximum stability, even during intensive jump strength exercises. The 5 different heights allow for lots of different exercises for all levels of proficiency. Particularly practical: the plyo boxes can be stacked on top of each other and can therefore be neatly stacked away.
