Sport-Thieme “Multi” balance board: coordination and balance training made easy
The Sport-Thieme “Multi” balance board consists of a board that has a fleece strip on its underside, to which the additional parts (disc, rocker, blocks) can be easily attached and positioned wherever you like. By attaching the blocks, for example, this allows you to create an aerobics step. The range of possible combinations allows the user to train coordination and balance in a coordinated manner. The board is made of wood with EVA foam and is thereby very robust. What’s more, it features a pimpled surface, which provides secure footing. The additional parts are made of EVA foam and are very easy to store.
