The Compex “FIT” muscle stimulator: with various training programmes
The Compex “FIT” muscle stimulator is available in three different models: the FIT 1.0, FIT 3.0 and FIT 5.0. The 1.0 and 3.0 must be connected to the electrodes included using wires, whilst the 5.0 device comes with 2 stimulator modules that are wirelessly linked to the stimulator. Using these electrodes or modules, electric pulses are applied to the muscles. Depending on how often you train, the Fit 1.0 offers 10 programmes, the 3.0 has 20 fitness programmes and the FIT 5.0 comes with 30 programmes.
